Gateway's Green Home Loans Receive Responsible Investment Certification
Gateway Bank are proud to announce that our award-winning Green Home Loans* have received Responsible Investment Certification from Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA).
This certification is a significant milestone for the bank in our journey to provide our members a range of high quality banking products and services that reduce the impact on their pocket and the planet.
Gateway’s Green Home Loans offer discounted interest rates for the life of the loan driven by the home’s energy efficiency and environmental features. Home’s with at least a NATHERs 7-Star rating qualify for a minimum of 0.25% p.a. discount for the life of their loan.
