An eStatement is a digital copy of your bank statement that you can view, download as a PDF or print, all from within Online Banking. eStatements contain the same information as a paper statement and can be accessed at any time. You will receive an email notification when your statement is ready to view online.

  • Reduce your carbon footprint by saving paper and reducing waste
  • Have access to your statement history at any time
  • Receive your statement sooner than you would with a paper statement
  • Reduce the risk of mail fraud and identity theft
  • They are free

eStatements add further security to your everyday banking as they can only be accessed from within Online Banking. Following these simple steps will ensure your eStatements remain private and secure:

  • Do not share your Online Banking password with anyone
  • View your eStatements privately and make sure no one can see your screen when viewing
  • Remember to close all windows and sign out of Online Banking once you are done

eStatements are stored indefinitely on Gateway's Online Banking platform.

If you are switching from paper statements to eStatements, your statement history will be available via Online Banking (from October 2020).
