Resetting your Online Banking password

Did you know you can change your Online Banking password online?

We want to make banking simple, that's why if you get caught out and forget the password to login to your Online Banking, you can easily change your password online. 

To use this handy feature, be sure that your mobile number is registered for Secure SMS1.

If you need to change your Online Banking password, the details you will need to have on hand, include: 

  1. Member Number
  2. First Name
  3. Last Name
  4. Date of Birth
  5. Mobile Number
  6. Your Mailing Postcode

By filling out this simple form, Reset Password, with these 6 details, you can securely and quickly regain access to your Online Banking. 

Once you enter these details, you will receive your Secure SMS code, which will act as your temporary Online Banking password, you will then be prompted to provide a new Online Banking password. 

The process should take no longer than 2 minutes and means you can change your password at any time, from any location, without having to call through to our contact centre. 

Important Note: When changing your password please make sure the computer your using is secure. 

If you have forgotten your Online Banking password and have NOT already registered for Secure SMS, you will need to contact our call centre directly on 1300 302 474 (8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday AEST).
