Important upgrade to Gateway 2go

At Gateway, we’re constantly improving our products and services for the benefit of our Members, and we’ve recently made improvements to the Gateway 2go app.

The upgrade is available from 5 December 2018, and includes user interface enhancements and minor bug fixes.

To ensure you can continue to use Gateway 2go as normal, you must have the latest software downloaded.

How to update your Gateway 2go app:

1. Software update - the minimum iOS requirement is v10.3 for Apple and v5.0 for Android. You can check this and update your software in your device settings.

2. Visit your app store – you’ll see a list of apps that have updates available. Simply click 'update' next to Gateway 2go.

Your device may be setup to update apps automatically, in this case, there’s no action required.
