I called the customer service line to effect transfer of funds for an amount outside the on-line dollar limits. Zeb was most helpful and through some polite questioning gleaned that I was buying a car and provided quick and easy insurance quote for same. I have today formalised the car insurance cover with Gateway. Zeb's approach carried the appropriate level of formality blended with a refreshing approach to customer service and hence his success with the insurance cross sell.
